NJILGA Co-Sponsoring "Hot Topics in Municipal Law" with ICLE 5/17/2011 NJILGA is pleased to be co-sponsoring the "Hot Topics in Municipal Law" seminar with NJICLE at two locations on May 14 and June 11. Topics include the new "time of application" legislation, hazards of improper noticing, conduct of meeting issues, RLUIPA challenges, sidewalk liability and municipal jurisdiction over school projects.
