Thomas W. ("Tom") Dunn is counsel to Beattie Padovano, LLC in Montvale. Except for the Weehawken and Ringwood Planning Boards,
he is retired from the active practice of law and spends most of his time in charitable endeavors, visiting his grandchildren
and touring interesting places in the world. He is the editor of "The Local Government Law Review" and is available for pro bono
consultation by members of NJILGA who might benefit from his 44 years of experience in municipal and planning practice. He is an
instructor in the Diplomate Program of the Institute and is also available to the Amicus Committee of NJILGA for Appellate Division
and Supreme Court appeals. He successfully argued the MiPro Homes case before the Supreme Court on behalf of the League of
Municipalities. Former representations include the Borough of Upper Saddle River, the land use boards of Saddle River and Upper
Saddle River, the Teaneck Redevelopment Agency and special counsel to various municipalities, boards of education and library boards.
