Professional Experience:
Mr. Guest has represented municipalities, public utilities and private clients for over 35 years. He focuses
his practice on government and administrative law issues, planning and zoning, redevelopment, land use,
and commercial real estate. In addition, he represents non-profit organizations on a wide variety of
issues. Mr. Guest serves as solicitor for Mount Holly Township and attorney for the Pemberton
Township Municipal Utilities Authority. He has appeared before numerous government bodies and
agencies.
Mr. Guest has been instrumental in many redevelopment projects and major land transactions. He has
negotiated tax abatement agreements, redevelopment area designations and use of eminent domain
procedures. Mr. Guest represents his clients in real property tax appeal issues, labor negotiations and
employee disciplinary matters.
Community oriented, he is a member and past president of the Lester A. Drenk Board of Directors; the
Drenk Foundation Board; a member of the Virtua Health Foundation and the Audit, Governance and
Facilities Planning Committees of the Virtua Health System; vice chairman of the Virtua Health Audit
Committee; and past president of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Guest has taught
the legal segment of the entrepreneurial classes offered by Burlington County College. He has also taught
courses on the Municipal Land Use Law, the Open Public Records Act and attorney ethics.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Guest was the managing partner with Bookbinder, Guest and
Domzalski, and with Kearns, Vassallo, Guest, and Kearns.
