Edward Purcell, Esq. practices at DiFrancesco Bateman Kunzman Davis Lehrer & Flaum, PC law firm in Warren. He is a former Staff Attorney to the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. He advises and represents local governments in general municipal, land use and tax matters, and serves as special counsel to numerous municipalities in telecommunications matters. He is a graduate of Rowan University and Rutgers School of Law. He is also an Associate Editor of the NJILGA Local Government Law Review.
