Sharon A. Dragan - Director, Mason, Griffin & Pierson, PC., Princeton, NJ.  Representing NJILGA as Secretary for 2021, initially served as a Trustee for Hunterdon County and then for Mercer County.  She practiced law in Flemington, N.J. as a partner with Ballard & Dragan prior to joining her current law firm in 2016 and since 1986, has concentrated her practice in local government law, land use and real estate, both residential and commercial, for private and public clients.  She has served Readington Township in several capacities, initially as  an associate attorney for its Planning Board from 1987-1993, then as an assistant attorney for the Municipality from 1994-1996 and finally  its Municipal Attorney from 1997 to present.  Also represented Alexandria Township as Municipal Attorney from 2013 to present and West Amwell Township as Special Open Space Counsel since 2002. Born in Bridgewater, N.J., grew up in Hunterdon County and graduated from Lafayette College (B.A. 1983) and Seton Hall Law School (J.D. 1986) where she was  Bureau Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau.  Has been a member of the N.J. and Pa. Bars, U.S. District Court for N.J. since 1986, and a member of the NJ State, Pennsylvania Bar and Hunterdon County Bar Associations since 1997, NJ Institute of Local Government Attorneys since 1998 and served on the District XIII, Ethics Committee for Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Counties from 1999-2002.  Was a member of the Whitehouse Rotary Club from 1989-1995 and served as its first female president from 1993-1994.
